Entry Criteria
- Deployment completed successfully.
- Release notes and changed components documented.

- Previous critical defects resolved.
Critical Smoke Checks
- Sales Rep can login and perform initial synchronization.
- Master data (outlet, product, stock) loads correctly.
- Start Visit and End Visit functions work.
- Basic Pre Order creation is possible.
- Payment collection updates credit limit if applicable.
Risk-Based Regression
Pre Journey
- Initial data synchronization (online & offline handling).
- Master data accuracy (outlet, product, credit limit).
In Store Journey
- Create Pre Order with various payment methods (CASH, CREDIT).
- Pricing & discount calculation accuracy.
- Payment collection and credit limit deduction.
- Stock movement / load / unload.
- Document printing (Invoice & Struk).
Post Journey
- End Visit process.
- Final synchronization to back office.
- Data consistency between mobile and server.
Cross-Functional Checks
- Offline mode + auto sync when online.
- Credit limit validation and update.
- Report accuracy in back office.
- Error handling and retry mechanism.
Exit Criteria
- All critical and high-risk checks pass.
- No open High severity defects in core journey.
